Finding it hard to pick between all the online workouts on offer? Here’s how to find your perfect match based on your star sign.

The COVID-19 restrictions are finally easing, but indoor gyms around the country won’t be opening for a little while yet which means home fitness has never been more important. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the amount of online classes on offer, why not get a little help from the stars?

Just like your self-care routine, crystal choice and evening routine can be influenced by your star sign, so too can your exercise routine. Here’s how to find your perfect match.

Aries (March 21st-April 19th)


Ruled by Mars (the planet of activity), this energetic fire sign is known for being outgoing, competitive, ambitious and determined. Since you’re always looking for a way to push yourself to your limits, combat the stress of life in lockdown with an at-home high-intensity interval workout. A fast-paced session will help you sweat out pent-up tension and help re-stabilise your (sometimes erratic) energy levels.
